- If the return is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions, including where and how the item should be sent.
- Follow the approved return instructions when sending the item.
- After the returned item is received, it will be inspected within 1–3 business days.
- If the return is approved following inspection, the refund will be processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping is free for approved returns.
Vionelliq does not charge a restocking fee.
