This Return and Refund Policy applies to all customers located in the United States and governs all return, exchange, and refund requests made through Vionelliq. We aim to provide a clear and transparent return process.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items that are unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
Items that show signs of use, installation, damage caused by the customer, or are missing parts may not be eligible for return.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 45 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)
- Customized or special-order items (if applicable)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items under the same conditions as returns. Exchange requests must also be made within 45 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be covered or the responsibility of the customer depending on the reason for the return. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
All refunds are processed in USD. If your original payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees.
